You'll be responsible for the accurate, efficient and safe handling of product while stocking and storing merchandise. ### Why You'll Love it Here + 3 Day Work Week East Coast Shift: _Friday through Sunday_ West Coast Shift: _Saturday through Monday_ - Competitive Wage - Weekly Pay - Performance-Based Bonuses/Pay Rate Increases - Paid Time Off + 401(k) Savings Plan with Company Match - Associate Discount (15% year-round, and increased to 30% during certain weeks throughout the year) - Employee Referral Bonus Program - Holiday Pay Opportunities - On-the-Job Training ### Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities - Utilize tablet/hand scanner, receive and execute direction from the supervisor of the area or the warehouse management system. - Perform inventory management functions necessary to ensure the accuracy of inventory in the building. - Load and unload shipments, moving product utilizing the most appropriate equipment type. - Perform daily safety and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation of material handling equipment. ### Qualifications - Must have prior experience and certification to operate forklift equipment. - Experience on forklift for stand-up, sit-down, and reach is required. - Basic computer or data entry skills required. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
