## Job description

One80 Intermediaries is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our growing team in Eden Prairie, MN! The Operations Support Specialist performs a variety of tasks, such as handling incoming insurance documents. They exhibit flexibility by assisting in various functions that may entail changing responsibilities.

### How You Will Contribute

Perform process physical client insurance documents. Handle documents according to client and company guidelines. Operation, troubleshooting and basic maintenance of the following office machines as needed: Opex Mail Extractor and Opex Mail Extractor/Scanner. Consistently achieve departmental standards of productivity and accuracy. Maintain the security and confidentiality of the facility, computer system, programs, customer and client information.

### Skills & Experience to be Successful

High School Graduate or

### General Education

Degree (GED) plus at least one-month related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to speak, read and understand English.

### Preferred

Ability to type and use a 10 key as well as general knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Exceptional communication skills. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. Team player.
