## Job description

Reporting to the Sr. Compliance Manager, the Compliance Specialist will direct Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and applicable State licensing and compliance activities necessary to operate and maintain hydroelectric power generation assets. These duties include the preparation of compliance documentation and FERC license amendment applications, conducting stakeholder discussions, and providing timely responses and report submissions to the FERC and other Federal or State agencies.
