### Required Qualifications

Master's or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline 3–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Experience delivering enterprise-grade analytics or AI solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

### Technical Skills

Programming Python SQL R (optional)

Machine Learning Experience with: Supervised Learning Unsupervised Learning Time Series Forecasting Recommendation Systems Clustering Classification Regression Ensemble Models Gradient Boosting Explainable AI Deep Learning Experience with: TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face Transformers Neural Networks Computer Vision (preferred)

NLP Hands-on experience with: Prompt Engineering RAG AI Agents Function Calling Embeddings Model Evaluation AI Safety and Guardrails Data Science Ecosystem Pandas NumPy Scikit-learn XGBoost LightGBM MLflow Jupyter We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
