Pakistan Tobacco Company has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Officer in Akora Khattak, Pakistan Your key responsibilities will include: Optimizing machinery and equipment performance to minimize downtime Identifying issues and implementing solutions to prevent efficiency losses Conducting regular maintenance as per schedule Crafting and standardizing maintenance processes and protocols Educating team members on accurate operation and maintenance of equipment Addressing critical equipment failures promptly Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for maintenance Actively contributing to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance Demonstrating strong performance under pressure What are we looking for? DAE or B-tech in mechanical 2-3 years of experience in production machinery maintenance, troubleshooting and team upskilling Self-motivated and able to lead a team of contractual and unionized employees True root cause analysis of recurring losses and timely defect handling In-depth knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety, Factory Operations skills, engineering and administrative controls Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective training and presentation skills for developing shop floor employees What we offer you?
