### Job Description

THIS IS A TEST REQUISITION. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY:Responsibilities include providing assistance with the following daily activities, based on individual client needs: Housekeeping and Meal preparation Companionship Personal hygiene care Transportation assistance Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications THIS IS A TEST REQUISITION.

### PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

Eighteen years of age or older Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum six months of caregiving experience (professional or family-based) CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency
- Test administered by All Ways Caring HomeCare Current CPR Certification Level 2 Background
- Check through AHCA TB Clearance Per State Regulations Effective verbal and written communication Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Demonstrated accountability, reliability, and ability to work independently with sound professional judgment Successful completion of pre-employment background check About our Line of Business All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
