## Job description

Our Company Pate Rehabilitation Overview Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. ### Responsibilities
- Assist patients in exercise, ambulation, functional activities, and the application/use of assistive devices in accordance with the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist Assist Physical Therapist in the execution of patient evaluations and complex treatment procedures
- Educate patients, families, and other health workers on selected procedures and functional activities as directed by Physical Therapist
- Participate in ongoing program evaluation and development
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all care provided
- Maintain working knowledge of and adherence to the Physical Therapy Practice Ace and Code of Ethics
- Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Associates degree from an accredited college or university required Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas required
