## Job description

Our Company Pate Rehabilitation Overview Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated, compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. ### Shift Details

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plan and physician’s orders
- Administer and manage medication
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
- Maintain appropriate medication and supply inventory as applicable
- Provide patient education in accordance with established plan of care Other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Texas LVN License in good standing
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members
