## Job description
- Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage managers and supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Monitor staffing levels of all Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department.
- Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.
- Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each beverage outlet.
- Represent the Beverage Department in labor matters, unemployment hearings, and other internal and external employee-related hearings as needed.

## Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations, and presentation.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Workday along with other software products preferred.
- Job holder may be exposed to certain casino environmental factors including but not limited to noise and secondhand smoke.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications. Complete required background requirements.
