Hand off menus and get guests excited about our specials—your enthusiasm sets the tone for their entire dining experience. Keep the energy flowing by moving through the restaurant and orchestrating our service team to deliver fast, friendly, and fantastic service that keeps guests smiling. Coordinate breaks for our bus and server team to keep everyone fresh and the restaurant running smoothly. Keep a sharp eye on the dining room to ensure it's spotless and meets all safety and health standards—a clean space is a happy space! Turn any guest concerns into opportunities to wow them; escalate issues to management when needed so we can make things right. Track the night's wins by recording guest counts, noting any team absences, and flagging equipment or food service hiccups so we can continuously improve. ## Qualifications Six (6) months of experience preferred. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
