This role performs a variety of medium to complex duties in fixed assets such as analyzing accounts, booking necessary journal entries, internal reporting, performing the monthly financial close, monitoring SOX/internal control requirements, and support audits. This role measures performance against key performance indicators and metrics and continually identifies ways to improve and streamline processes. ### What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. 1 to 2 years relevant experience English level: 80% or above. Fixed Asset Experience a plus SAP experience a plus Open to working across global time zones - Strong communication skills Detail oriented - Ability to work independently Inquisitive and takes an active interest in opportunities to improve the efficiency of work Experience working in shared service environment a plus Key Responsibilities include: Performs fixed asset processes and acts as liaison with several supported sites - Compiles and analyzes Fixed Asset information through preparation of reports and general ledger journal entries. Assures financial accuracy for all supported sites and supports all legal entity closings on a monthly basis Takes an active interest in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, standardizing processes across multiple legal entities. Establishes and communicates accounting processes by maintaining a thorough understanding of SOX controls, GAAP, and new accounting guidance as appropriate.
