Works closely with the Country Operations Manager and Demand Planners, and interfaces with the other functions within the country to ensure timely and accurate execution of the assigned tasks and effective support to the business. ### Work Mode This role follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work from the Global Hub, American Free Zone, Costa Rica office at least three days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Your Responsibilities include: Conducts data entry, data downloads and data maintenance utilizing SAP/Legacy and data analysis software. Build and maintain databases for ongoing operations analysis. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly Operations reports/metrics including forecast accuracy, short shelf life, service level, L.F.R, backorder, consignment, lead time and EE&O. Analyzes Operations performance and diagnoses key improvement opportunities (i.e. forecast accuracy, short shelf life, service level, backorder, lead time, E&EO). Coordinates consignment inventory controls and reporting. Supports sales requirements through the facilitation and control of the consignment process. Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific. ### Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent related field. ### English Level desired Advanced At least 2 years of experience in similar positions. ### Preferred qualifications Excel, SAP, Salesforce. ### Requisition ID 636406 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
