Używane w ogłoszeniu formy gramatyczne w rodzaju męskim mają charakter uniwersalny i obejmują osoby wszystkich płci i tożsamości; nie mają one charakteru wykluczającego.” ### Obowiązki Diagnostyka i modyfikacja programów PLC. Wykonanie konserwacji prewencyjnej i zapobiegawczej maszyn produkcyjnych. Usuwanie bieżących usterek linii produkcyjnych. Sprawdzanie przyczyn przestojów maszyn i urządzeń. Prowadzenie archiwum przeprowadzonych prac na maszynach i instalacjach. Kontrola stanów magazynowych oraz rejestrowanie pobrań części zamiennych. Kontakt z firmami zewnętrznymi w zakresie konserwacji mechanicznej, pneumatycznej, hydraulicznej i elektrycznej. Współpraca z działem technologicznym i produkcyjnym przy rozwiązywaniu problemów technicznych z maszynami. Aktywny udział przy wdrażaniu i utrzymaniu systemów takich jak 5S, TPM, SMED i innych. Modernizacja maszyn w uzgodnieniu z działem ME. ### Wymagania Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne. Minimum 2 letnie doświadczenie w pracy w dziale utrzymania ruchu lub pokrewnym (preferowane w firmie motoryzacyjnej). Dobra znajomość systemów PLC (preferowany Siemens, Fanuc). Wiedza z zakresu pneumatyki, hydrauliki, mechaniki i automatyki. Znajomość zasad TPM. Uprawnienia energetyczne E1 do 1kV. Znajomość języka angielskiego lub niemieckiego.
