As a data scientist, you can turn these complex data sets into useful information to solve global challenges. Across private and public sectors — from fraud detection, to cancer research, to national intelligence — you know the answers are in the data. We have an opportunity for you to use your leadership and analytical skills to improve a client's data science capability. You’ll work closely with your client to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll mentor teammates, and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of disparate data points into objective answers to help leadership make informed decisions. The world can't wait. ### You Have - 3+ years of experience in data science, engineering, analytics, statistics, or computer science fields Experience collaborating in teams Experience supporting DoW or IC clients - Ability to perform testing and evaluation of AI / ML models Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or So cia l Science, or 4+ years of experience in statistics, data science, computer science and so cia l science in lieu of a degree ​ Nice If You Have: Experience with GEOINT or LLMs Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of excellent interpersonal skills TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph - Master's degree in Quantitative So cia l Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science preferred; Doctorate degree in Quantitative So cia l Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science a plus Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
