This position works closely with various units within Wealth Management, Enterprise Operations, and Information Technology to mitigate risk and ensure operational processes are executed accurately and efficiently while adhering to policies, procedures, regulations, and achieving service level objectives. How You'll Spend Your Time Oversee - Lead an operational team, ensuring effective execution of daily processes, controls, and service delivery. ### Prioritize - Identify operational priorities and implement plans that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall team performance. ### Establish - Develop and maintain procedures, standards, and controls that strengthen governance and mitigate operational risk. ### Coach - Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities for team members while reinforcing service expectations and accountability. ### Research - Investigate complex operational issues, analyze root causes, and recommend practical, effective solutions. ### Manage - Balance shifting workloads, allocate resources effectively, and maintain strong relationships with key business partners. ### Support - Coordinate operational readiness for conversions, new initiatives, regulatory requirements, and other business-driven changes. ### Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance 5+ years of directly related experience in a high volume securities operations environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fixed Income workflow operations experience is strongly preferred. - Ability to motivate employees and provide team leadership Advanced ability to oversee multiple department workflow processes and procedures - Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication Advanced knowledge of accounting principles Extensive knowledge of production management and operational systems Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe to create management reports - Excellent research and problem solving skills including reconciliation and budget analysis - Demonstrated ability to organize work flow and process improvement to ensure numerous critical deadlines are met daily BOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
