Deliver best-practice training, on-the-job coaching, and development of procedures and materials to ensure the operator achieves sustainable, compliant Technical Records capability for scheduled, unscheduled, repair, and modification work. This role is part of a support function assigned to a German customer providing expertise, training and advise to a newly formed fleet of Boeing P-8 Poseidon Maritime Patrol Aircraft. Candidate must hold, or be able to hold UK SC Basic Qualifications: Fluent written and spoken English Preferred Competencies: A good communicator, with a demonstrable ability to communicate technical work requirements Capable and experienced in sequencing and controlling demanding workloads, on time, to budget and to the required standard Capable of understanding and interpreting Technical data Able to work as a team member of a small group, assigned to locations away from home Ability to form strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse groups. ### Preferred Education/Experience Ideally educated in a relevant technical discipline Experience in Technical Records management or Documents Control in a CAMO or Maintenance Repair Organisation Military or Civil Aircraft Maintenance experience.
