[Apply on Boeing’s careers site →](https://boeing.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Careers/job/USA---Hazelwood-MO/Mid-Level-Supply-Base-Specialist_JR2026524969-1) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Boeing](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/boeing/) / Mid-Level Supply Base Specialist ## Job description ### Mid-Level Supply Base Specialist Company The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services - Government (BGS-G) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Supply Base Specialist to join our Top Tier Supplier Organization in Hazelwood, MO. ### Position Responsibilities - Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations - Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies - Analyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities - Develops mitigation plans - Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities - Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management - 3+ years of experience using data analysis and reporting to track supplier metrics and resolve issues Experience managing supplier performance, delivery, quality and cost Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools Experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes Experience with FAR / DFAR contracting Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. ### Total Rewards & Pay Transparency At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
