We seek an enthusiastic individual eager to develop and enhance their skills in a dynamic role. You'll collaborate with other proficient technicians, requiring diligence to achieve a similar level of versatility. We'll support your growth within our organization, empowering you to reach your full potential. Your expertise will contribute to our team's improvement and effectiveness. ### Position Responsibilities - Repair various parts of site infrastructure including doors, ceiling components, drywall, carpet, and other items as needed by assigned group - Use basic knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety procedures - Demonstrate increased skill level in construction to include rough-in and lay-out, under supervision - Provide general support in response to routine trouble calls - Demonstrate increased skill level in the repair and maintenance of plant and office facilities - Use hand and power tools to construct, renovate and repair facilities and equipment - Perform demolition, remodel, and new build projects - Lead and work with employees of lower classifications engaged in moving and positioning heavy equipment, real property, and installed property - Perform other duties as assigned Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position. ### Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 3+ years’ experience as a carpenter or associated field Ability to pass and complete Fall Protection Training Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience reading and working from blueprints, sketches and plans Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts and related equipment Critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. ### Drug Free Workplace Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. ### Pay & Benefits At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
