This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. The ideal candidate will have: Earned Value Management (EVM) experience Familiarity with Commercial and Government customers A breadth of experience with acquire and execution processes This is a fast paced and dynamic environment for a broad portfolio of products. The ideal candidate will lead a team of financial analysts and lead by influence for other functions and capabilities. ### Position Responsibilities - Manages employees and mid-level managers from more than one finance business management job family and/or other business function - Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements - Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports - Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes - Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. ### Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Currently have a Bachelor’s degree or higher 5+ years of experience in a finance-related management or leadership role Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Master’s Degree Experience with earned value management (EVM) Ability to Obtain U.S. TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) Experience with estimating, cost accounting and cost reduction Experience with financial planning and scheduling Contract management experience Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. ### Drug Free Workplace Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. ### Pay and Benefits At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
