Position is located in Whidbey Island, WA. ### Position Responsibilities Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, develops and motivates employees To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration. ### Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience) Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership" 3+ years of experience planning and scheduling maintenance Able to travel domestically Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with maintenance data systems and readiness reporting tools Military aircraft maintenance safe for flight/exceptional release qualification Experience with continuous improvement programs (e.g., RCCA, 5S, Lean) ### Understanding of TD/TCTO's Drug Free Workplace Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. ### Conflict of Interest Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Pay & Benefits: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
