## Job description

岗位职责
- 主导事业计划及目标责任书制定；
- 主导组织KPI制定及考核；
- 主导重点项目立项、推动、考核激励；
- 经营分析及业绩改善推动；
- 会议机制优化及经营会议组织。 任职要求
- 硕士应届毕业生；
- 经管类、工业工程类、机械电子类等；
- 熟练使用办公软件；
- 有良好的人际沟通及组织协调能力，有较强的责任感与团队协作意识，勇于承担重大紧急的项目任务，能承受较大工作压力和挑战；
- 英语通过CET-6。
