## Job description

岗位职责
- 在指导下开展本业务模块日常工作
- 在指导下编制本业务模块流程制度和应急预案
- 在指导下监管本业务模块供应商日常工作
- 独立完成本业务模块行政成本统计与核算
- 在指导下策划组织各项行政服务活动
- 在指导下编制本业务模块年度行政预算
- 有效处理本业务模块业务风险
- 落实行政安全管理制度，组织安全宣导，防范行政类安全事故。 任职要求 教育程度:大专和专科学校 工作经历: 1、具备3年以上大型企业行政模块管理经验，具备供应商管理经验； 2、熟练使用Office等办公软件。 所需专业:行政管理、公共管理、工商管理等相关专业 其他要求:
- 具有良好的沟通、管理、协调、学习、思维逻辑能力；
- 具备应急突发事件处理能力，勇于承担工作压力和挑战；
- 具备公文写作力和制定与修订管理制度与流程的能力；
- 具备安全管理经验，组织协调安全宣导，防范安全事故发生； 4、具备良好的身体素质和抗压能力。 语言要求:无
