## Job description

岗位职责
- 进行QLED涂布成膜和光刻图案化工艺的开发，提升工艺良率及稳定性；
- 进行QLED器件制备过程中的工艺影响因素分析，提升QLED器件制备的重复性；
- 进行溶液法涂布的墨水配方工艺开发；与内外部合作者协调开发与工艺对应的器件结构和材料；
- 进行QLED量产规划调研，确定QLED工艺路线。 任职要求
- 硕士、博士应届毕业生；
- 材料（聚合物/粒子型材料）、流体力学、物理化学、化工（成膜或结晶工艺）等相关专业；
- 聚合物成膜/结晶方向，具备分子动力学模拟经验的优先；流体力学，具备仿真模拟软件使用经验者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、解决问题能力、再学习能力、抗压能力及团队合作意识；
- 有较好的英语水平、具备英文文献的读写能力。
