## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责Sputter设备稼动率稳定及提升，电气电路机械故障分析、异常调查改善等；
- 负责设备Tact Time降低，设备维护保养、作业手法规范和优化等；
- 负责膜层不良调查分析改善，良率提升；
- 负责BOM/Loss分析及成本降低项目；
- 负责设备能耗降低，推动节能减排项目；
- 负责设备issue梳理，设备改造及问题改善，备品备件管理；
- 负责设备参数智能监控、数字化相关业务；
- 负责新产品/新技术/新材料导入及相关规范建立；
- 负责品质体系及文件规范建立，品质审核文件整理，流程规范梳理； 任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，所需专业:化学类,机械类,物理学类,统计学类,工业工程类,材料类,电气类,管理科学与工程类,数学类,电子信息类,计算机类,力学类；
- 有Sputter设备工艺基础，较好的报告撰写能力，熟练使用Office办公软件,有较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力，善于分析判断，发现问题，并从根本解决问题的能力；

### 具备团队协作意识和创新意识； 语言要求
- 英语4级
