## Job description

岗位职责
- 进行终产品、中间产品及物料的质量检验工作。
- 进行检验方法的方法学建立及验证。
- 进行质检文件（包括SOP和记录）的起草。
- 参与新型细胞治疗药品的开发，包括工艺探索、工艺研究、质量研究等，并协助解决开发过程中遇到的问题。
- 参与细胞治疗产品IND申报的资料撰写。 任职要求
- 本科、硕士应届毕业生；
- 细胞生物学、发育生物学、分子生物学、免疫学、生物化学等生物学相关专业或者药学相关专业；
- 掌握无菌检测、支原体检测、内毒素检测、流式检测、Q-PCR检测等生物学检验常用技术熟练阅读中英文文献，具有归纳总结数据和报告撰写能力专业基础扎实，具有较强的学习能力和执行能力；
- 具有良好的品行和沟通能力，学习主动，工作积极，善于总结思考；
- 良好的英语听说读写能力，通过英语六级。
