## Job description

岗位职责 负责LED//硅光/超表面等显示或传感通讯器件的光学设计，根据客户需求与研发规划进行技术企划、器件设计、测试评价等

### LED/微纳等场景需求调研
- 基于显示产品调研分析，提炼关键问题与指标；

### 显示器件设计
- 对指标进行拆解，结合制作工艺对器件进行设计、仿真，指导加工制作；

### 测试评价
- 对产出的样品进行光学测试方案制定与检讨。 任职要求
- 硕士应届毕业生；
- 电子、凝聚态物理、材料、自动化、光学、化学、等相关专业；
- 专业基础扎实，成绩优秀，无不及格科目；
- 正直、诚信、有激情、专注、具备良好的团队精神、沟通和表达能力；
- 英语通过CET-4。
