## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责新设备设备IAT、设备Marking、Setup跟进及设备认证。
- 负责故障处理、维护保养、设备稳定性，保证所属设备的正常运转，满足生产需求。
- 编写各种设备相关作业指导书，并制订培训计划，完成制造部人员培训，提高制造部作业水平。
- 主导解决装机后设备及工艺难点问题，分析难点产生机理，检讨规避方案，协同相关部门组织改善，建立预防反馈机制。 任职要求 教育程度:大学本科 工作经历:
- 大学本科及以上学历，所需专业:化学类,机械类,物理学类,材料类,电气类,电子信息类,计算机类。
- CVD设备与工艺经验2年及以上，有工艺及设备Setup经验者优先。
- 有建厂、量产、良率爬坡经验者优先。
- 具备良好沟通能力，工作态度积极、主动性较高、责任感强，任劳任怨。
- 参与过新厂建设和设备检讨优先；具备项目统筹与人员管理经验优先。 所需专业:计算机类,物理学类,电气类,管理科学与工程类,机械类,材料类,电子信息类,化学类,力学类,统计学类,工业工程类,数学类 其他要求:null 语言要求:英语四级
