## Job description

岗位职责
- 运用好中国文化背景和本地文化熟悉的优势，做好集团战略在区域市场的落地；
- 洞察所在区域市场与客户，深耕新区域，迅速进攻拓展业务；
- 建立和维护客户关系，沟通客户需求达成销售，跟进客户项目导入，达成销售指标；
- 协调资源确保流程顺畅，推进项目管理，细化交付回款，应对流程异常。
- Leverage the advantages of a Chinese cultural background and familiarity with local culture to effectively implement the Group's strategy in the regional market;
- Gain insight into the regional market and customers, deepen penetration into new regions, and rapidly expand business;
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, communicate with customers to understand their needs and achieve sales, follow up on customer project introduction, and meet sales targets;
- Coordinate resources to ensure smooth processes, advance project management, refine delivery and payment collection, and address process anomalies. 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，理工科或商科相关专业优先；
- 英语、法语可作为工作语言（中文为加分项）；
- 具备良好的商业敏感度、逻辑思维和跨文化沟通意识，有海外学习或国际项目经历者优先；
- 具备良好的团队协作能力；
- 具备良好的谈判意识与沟通能力；
- 能接受国内及国际出差。
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in STEM or business-related fields;
- English and French can be used as working languages (Chinese is a plus);
- Good business acumen, logical thinking, and cross-cultural communication awareness; overseas study or international project experience is preferred;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Good negotiation awareness and communication skills;
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
