## Job description

岗位职责 【Doping】
- G6 LTPO产线离子注入及相关设备检讨
- 设备Setup，Recipe Tuning，特性调整
- 设备运营&维护，不良改善 【Sputter】
- G6 LTPO产线Sputter及相关设备检讨
- 设备Setup，Process Tuning，膜厚及Rs均一性改善，Glass Broken及P/T改善
- 设备运营&维护，不良分析改善 【Dry Etch】
- 负责Dry Etch设备Set Up与工艺调试
- 负责Dry Etch过程数据CD/AOI/SEM等数据库建模和管理
- 负责Dry Etch 工艺Margin设计及不良数据库建立和改善 任职要求 教育程度:大学本科 工作经历: 4年以上TFT行业设备与工艺相关工作经验，有设备检讨经验，Setup经验优先；熟练掌握Track设备操作，以及现场设备宕机处理经验； 所需专业:机械、自动化，化学工程、材料科学等相关专业 其他要求:良好的报告撰写能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通协作能力，以及数据分析与总结能力，有抗压能力； 语言要求:通过英语四级。
