## Job description

岗位职责
- 分析制定验证方案，明确验证策略与验证目标；
- 评估项目验证风险，提前做好应对策略，计算验证任务工作量，合理安排验证任务
- 负责验证架构和平台的开发，负责验证模型及验证组件的开发；
- 负责仿真验证，包括系统级、模块级、数模混合、后仿真、低功耗、多电压域、回归测试等；
- 协助设计、FPGA测试定位设计中的问题；
- 参与代码评审及验证方案评审，指导验证工程师执行验证计划，提升团队能力；
- 输出验证方案、验证计划、测试报告、覆盖率报告等文档，确保流程规范化。 任职要求
- 计算机/电子/微电子/通信等相关专业
- 精通UVM验证方法学，5年以上数字芯片验证经验，有SOC成功流片经验；
- 精通verilog/SystemVerilog；
- 熟悉Python、Perl、Tcl、Shell、Makefile等脚本语言；
- 具有独立开发验证环境的经验，能够构建高效可靠的验证平台；
- 工作积极主动，善于思考和规划，良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力，工作严谨；
- 具备OLED/MOLED/MLED驱动芯片相关经验优先。
