## Job description

岗位职责 致力于洁净间&实验室设备管理及研发项目第三方测试，对研发工作支持保障。
- 负责洁净间、实验室研发设备的维护管理与优化升级；
- 负责显示、通信器件等研发过程中材料及器件的测试、不良分析及改善；
- 负责研发过程中测试方案的检讨及标准建立；
- 负责工艺参数的管理及改善执行；
- 负责负责新的生产设备及原材料的评估、引进，新产品的从研发到生产的推动。 任职要求
- 硕士、博士应届毕业生；
- 电子、机械、材料、物理、自动化、光学等理工类专业；
- 专业基础扎实，成绩优秀，无不及格科目；具有较强的学习能力和执行能力，熟练使用文档、幻灯片、表格处理等办公软件；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、解决问题能力、再学习能力、抗压能力及团队合作意识；
- 外语水平较高，听说读写良好，英语六级优先。
