## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责RIBE设备及核心工艺设备与技术，进行工艺评估并建立标准工艺流程； 2、负责SiC 与 玻璃基板上 TiO2，倾斜光栅刻蚀，以及ICP刻蚀硬掩模的工艺评估及标准工艺流程的简历。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，5-10年左右相关工艺研发经验；
- 掌握离子刻蚀工艺原理，熟悉刻蚀设备操作与参数调试；
- 能独立开发原理验证阶段 ICP 与 RIBE 刻蚀工艺，优化样机阶段刻蚀参数，解决刻蚀过程中图形保真度、表面粗糙度等问题；
- 了解衍射光栅刻蚀工艺与光栅结构，有解决工艺难点的经验。
