## Job description

岗位职责 跟进需求计划，负责产销协调，产品交付，新品备料、转量产推进，库存管理；确保满产满销，库存在合理水位运行。 1、跟进销售计划在工厂端的落地，做好产、供、销的协调工作，确保顺利生产和交货，确保销售业绩的达成；2、销售计划（物量、产品结构）协调，确保满产满销，盈利最大化；3、新产品导入量产的推进，提前安排资材备料，推动新产品量产问题点的关闭，按期导入量产和上量；4、库存管理，推进销售，确保库存水位、周转天数在合理水平；5、销售、运营数据、报告整理和制作。 任职要求
- 本科、硕士应届毕业生；
- 营销、国际贸易、工商管理、语言类优先，其他专业亦可；
- 具有较强的学习能力和执行能力，熟练使用文档、幻灯片、表格处理等办公软件；
- 踏实细致、沟通协调能力强；
- 有较好的英语能力（英语四级及以上）。
