## Job description

岗位职责
- 科室System负责（FDC/ YMS/BO/ SPC/RMS）
- CVD Issue汇总与跟踪，确认进度
- 参数管理，定期确认更新
- 设备PM复机作业，产品加测，工程数据监控（制作trend报表，处理数据报表，报告编写）
- 科室工艺新条件推进执行
- 正常设备运营对应，产品跟踪，报警解决 任职要求 教育程度:大学本科 工作经历: 熟悉薄膜设备与工艺工作经验优先 所需专业:专业不限 其他要求:无 语言要求:无
