## Job description

岗位职责
- 开拓BOE在南美市场的传感、商用显示及LED等创新业务，完成销售目标；
- 负责渠道及客户伙伴的开发、维护和监督管理；
- 负责订单谈判、跟进项目进展和完成，处理客户采购的风险评估和控制；
- 及时洞察南美洲的行业/市场/客户等信息。
- Develop BOE's innovative businesses in sensing, commercial display, and LED in the South American market, and achieve sales targets;
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, and supervision of channels and customer partners;
- Responsible for order negotiation, following up on project progress and completion, and handling risk assessment and control of customer procurement;
- Timely insight into industry/market/customer information in South America. 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，理工科或商科相关专业优先；
- 英语、葡语可作为工作语言（中文为加分项），工作地为巴西圣保罗；
- 具备良好的商业敏感度、逻辑思维和跨文化沟通意识，有海外学习或国际项目经历者优先；
- 具备良好的团队协作能力；
- 具备良好的谈判意识与沟通能力；
- 能接受国内及国际出差。
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in STEM or business-related fields;
- English and Portuguese can be used as working languages (Chinese is a plus);
- Good business acumen, logical thinking, and cross-cultural communication awareness; overseas study or international project experience is preferred;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Good negotiation awareness and communication skills;
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
