Customer Support Marketing - Placement Year (July 2027) BMW UK, Farnborough. ### What awaits you Manage BMW AG focused Marketing activity and E-commerce projects within Customer Support. Support on multiple projects across Retailer and Digital Marketing topics. Liaise with product managers and agencies to complete projects. Participate in regular calls with contacts in Munich. Work with multiple agencies (creative & media) on projects and initiatives. Operate in a lateral working culture, collaborating with colleagues across the department / company. - Support Marketing team with project management and creating presentations to showcase project work Support Data team on data reporting to support commercial objectives Working closely with the Data team to deliver data excellence - Make changes to the BMW & MINI national websites - Support with ad hoc projects where relevant What awaits you: Studying a bachelor’s degree in a Marketing related discipline is desirable. Excellent communication and numerical skills. Aptitude for analysing & presenting information with the use of Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to learn new systems competencies. Aptitude for developing creative mechanisms to reach out to different audiences. Ability to work well under pressure and challenging timelines. Time spent in a Marketing environment is highly desirable, as is a passion for Digital Marketing and appreciation of brand values and corporate identity for both BMW and MINI brands. Experience and knowledge of using AI Experience with Excel What can you look forward to?
