We collaborate closely with stakeholders across markets, IT, and business functions to support decision-making, reporting, and strategic initiatives. What awaits you? You support the preparation of recurring Trade-In reports, including monthly updates and funnel reports. Furthermore, you help structure and prepare business cases, such as Dealer Offer topics. In addition, you support tender (RFP) processes and related documentation and you assist in creating and refining process visualizations, such as target pictures and customer journey flows. Furthermore, you help prepare presentations for decision boards, management discussions, and All Hands meetings. In addition, you support the organization of team workshops, All Hands meetings, and events. Moreover, you contribute to AI-related initiatives, such as best practices and internal guidelines. Furthermore, you support the training needs analysis and help coordinate training activities. What should you bring along? Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and structured thinking. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and interest in digitalization and the automotive business.
