Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is part of the BMW Group, and its Goodwood manufacturing plant sits in the heart of the West Sussex countryside. As a student, you will have hands on experience from day one, gaining practical insights into the corporate operations of a world-class automotive manufacturer. Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, West Sussex (UK) - Aftersales, Field Quality - Placement Year (July 2027) This role will ensure the student will have a hands-on experience with several projects from day one, while gaining practical insight into how an international corporate business functions. This role will also allow the student to interact with and support our global dealer network whilst also gaining experience with operations such as global cost analysis. What awaits you? Analysing and reporting key performance results to identify specific trends. Creating and updating dealer communication bulletins. Supporting the manager with ongoing project work. Liaising with internal and global departments about quality and cost analysis. Preparing and creating department presentations. What should you bring along? - Studying towards a 2:2 - Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Engineering, Business and Finance Management or another STEM related subject - Strong relationship building skills and ability to showcase excellent communication skills Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication Passion for the automotive industry Interest in working in an international team Experienced user of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint What can you look forward to? - Great Pay – A competitive annual salary, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme. ### Rewarding Work-Life Balance - Enjoy a supportive working environment that promotes wellbeing, flexibility and sustainable success.
