Your work will focus primarily on: Developing a project that will lead you to acquire knowledge and to put in practice what you have learned during you career at the same time that it will generate a positive impact to the Company. ### Requirements Be an active student of Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related field of study, coursing 6th – 9th semester. Good grades 80/100. Availability (on site) from January 1st to June 30th 2027, preferably between 7:00 am – 2:30 pm (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday in BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí. Have a valid RFC. Good MS Office skills. Problem solving and with good communication skills. Advanced English skills. ### Benefits Monthly scholarship/stipend of $9,600.00 MXN. ### Statutory benefits Vacation days, vacation bonus, and Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). Profit sharing (PTU). Subsidized cafeteria service. ### Department Overview Responsible for launching new vehicles to the market by developing, installing, and commissioning all line equipment and processes, while keeping production lines running through various types of maintenance. ### Main Activities Track maintenance improvement ideas, prepare for process/safety/environmental audits, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and technical training follow-ups. Generate daily maintenance reports and follow up on lessons learned. Support daily production problem-solving methodologies in the first area of the assembly line. The Visio Talent platform will be used for the selection process and interviews.
