Focus in Retail Partner Network Digitalization and Transformation. What can you expect? Join one of the most exciting areas of the company as we prepare our retail organization for a major transformation. Provide organizational support for product and sales training initiatives. Independently manage and deliver sub-projects in the areas of qualification and Retail HR, particularly in the context of the new agency model. Support the team in agency management and steering activities. What can we expect? A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Sales. Initial experience in project management.Creativity and enthusiasm for the BMW and MINI brands. Advanced MS Office skills (Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Strong German and English language skills. Strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and a collaborative mindset. Analytical thinking abilities, along with an interest in digitalization and modern learning formats. What do we offer you at Campus Salzburg?
