## Job description

### Description

Support Paint Shop training initiatives. Key member in the digitalization team and growth of the paint shop and plant training process. The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions: Developing tools used for reporting and planning (excel, Apex, Power bi, or others). Develop a custom course, opportunity to teach this course or others. Plan projects related to technical training equipment/processes.

Learn new technologies (Augmented Reality, new software). Reporting of technical trainings. Further development of reporting tools (oracle/SharePoint). Maintenance of reporting systems. Planning of future courses. Gap analysis (qualifications). Data analysis (training data). Forecasting training needs. Assist TCT (Training Coordination Team) as needed, new class development, planning, etc.

### Qualifications

Computer Science, ME, EE, data analytics, or similar. SQL and VBA. Oracle. Databases. Microsoft Power Apps. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major) Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
