We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer - CFD/Thermal to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Sr. Director, Development Engineering. ### Location This position will be fully Onsite based in San Jose, CA Role and Responsibilities: Conduct CFD/Thermal studies for Energy server enclosures and site installations. Provide regular guidance on enclosure thermal management for Product development, from concept to production. Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely inputs with accurate predictions. Collaborate with Cross-functional teams for feasibility study. Report and present results/recommendations across diverse groups. ### Skills and Experience MS or PhD in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering. Deep understanding of the fundamentals of Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer and CFD. 5+ years of industry experience utilizing CFD in Thermal management, in Electronics/Data center cooling. ### Highly skilled in CFD tools ANSYS Icepak(preferred)/Fluent/Flotherm. Able to utilize first principles for quick calculations and CFD models. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
