## Job description

### Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include: We plan to hire one or more candidates for the Service team. Not all responsibilities will be assigned to a single individual.
- Site Work Management as Bloom Energy’s On-Site Representative
- Manage site access procedures and obtain required work permits from the site owner
- Ensure worksite safety by preventing unsafe behaviors and leading daily Toolbox Meetings Rework Execution Management at Site
- Oversee work quality by ensuring compliance with established work procedures and verifying workmanship
- Manage parts and materials by identifying required components and coordinating requests
- Report work progress by maintaining work records and providing regular status reports Qualifications: Prior experience in field operations (e.g., manufacturing facilities or construction sites) Experience in supervising and managing site workers (including hands-on participation)
- Solid understanding of safety management practices and responsibilities Basic understanding of quality management principles and processes Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations Job Conditions Duration: 6 months Work Schedule: 5 days/week (Mon–Fri), 09:00–18:00 Start Date: Mid-June 2026 (Exact date to be announced)

Korea (Business travel is required)
