Identify and source potential candidates for open positions through recruitment platforms. Conduct phone interviews for entry-level roles and screen candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database and talent pool. Collect and analyze recruitment data to generate regular reports on APAC recruitment activities and trends. Support other HR projects or initiatives as needed. ### Qualifications Current undergraduate or postgraduate student. Strong communication skills; fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Logical thinker with solid analytical capabilities. Self-motivated, curious, and eager to proactively learn about Human Resources. Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
