We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with profiles as diverse as financiers, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers and designers. ### GTB -Trade Finance About the job Ensure the follow-up and development of existing business flows with BBVA SA Milan clients (mainly large italian groups). Identify and generate new Trade Finance transactions with clients with the constant aim of optimizing profitability for the bank while controlling risks. Within the GTB Milan team, the incumbent will be required to offer clients all the products handled within the department, including: working capital solutions (factoring and supply chain finance), documentary credits, guarantees and standby letters of credit, structured trade finance products. Proactively follow up clients by identifying their needs and providing them with the most appropriate advice and solutions (Advisory approach). Promote a sustainable approach to finance with clients, in line with the bank's strategy. In close dialogue and coordination with the Coverage team as well as with the support departments (back office, legal, compliance, risk, etc.), the incumbent will have to structure trade finance operations, obtain all the required authorizations and ensure the perfect execution of the transactions he/she has generated, in compliance with the Bank's policies. The GTB Italy team operates in "Agile" mode, the incumbent will need to quickly gain a good knowledge of all GTB products in order to achieve a high level ofversatility with the other team members. S kills and qualifications Experience Successful commercial experience in Trade Finance and working capital solutions(>12 years), preferably in contact with a client base made of large corporates. Knowledge of the Italian market and in particular of large Italian groups would be a plus Initial training Higher education (BAC + 4/5 years). ### Languages Italian bilingual. ### English fluent. ### Spanish would be considered a plus. Specific skills Knowledge of Trade Finance products (documentary credits, international guarantees, factoring, supply chain finance, structured trade finance products, etc.) and experience with Cash Management solutions will be a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (in particular Excel and Powerpoint) in order to produce client pitches and activity reports. Marketing skills applied to transactional banking appreciated. Autonomy and ability to organize work efficiently. The annual fixed salary associated with the position starts at 110.060,00 € gross per annum. The salary stated above is indicative and corresponds to the annual fixed salary associated with the position. ### In addition, the following shall apply The variable remuneration scheme established by the Bank and in force from time to time, designed to recognise individual performance and contribution to the collective achievements of both the Bank and the relevant business unit, in accordance with the applicable criteria and internal policies.
