Your Role at Baxter As an Assistant Manager, Sales, you will be responsible for driving primary sales through product promotion in defined territory by meeting healthcare professionals and para-medical staff, coordinating with commercial or purchase authorities and channel partners for ensuring supply and liquidation of products.

Drive awareness and adoption through activations in the territory/accounts. Base Location

### Hyderabad What you'll be doing Strategic Imperative
- Drive awareness and adoption on Anesthetics amongst Anesthetists in the assigned territories. Baxter is the only company to offer the most commonly used modern inhaled anesthetics for general anesthesia.

This includes a proprietary inhaled anesthetic, SUPRANE (desflurane), AERRANE (isoflurane) and SEVOFLURANE (sevoflurane).

### Planning

Monthly account wise planning of secondary sales leading to primary sales for their territory/accounts. Weekly planning for coverage and calls. Monthly/quarterly sales forecast for defined territory. Quarterly activation planning.

### Execution

Drives adherence to processes, Call average, customer coverage, working days, trackers, prescription trackers, secondary sales and product sampling/demonstrations. To track all product and service quality related complaints and coordinate with National/Sales Manager/quality to ensure formal response and closure to complaints report it to Quality.

### Competition & Market Mapping

Track and gather market data, no. of indicated surgeries, gather and analyze competitor activities. Implementation of Marketing strategy and activations as per defined go-to-market. Identify and drive business development initiatives in current /new accounts including training and education of paramedical staff. Ensure speedy and adequate availability of products in accounts.

Achievement of monthly secondary sales target revenue numbers Non-Financial: Alignment to P5 plan (Segmentation and Targeting)
- Deviation from account plan, development
- As per defined list, Market Activations as per go-to-market Behavioral: Drive for results, good communication skills, data analysis and problem-solving skills, Market Orientation Functional: Consultative selling, Product/Therapy knowledge, Account Planning and Management, Negotiation skills, Activation Plan What you'll bring 5+ years of experience into sales into pharma, medical devices, medical equipment, or related fields.
