Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. - Perform the duties of an Operator 1 - Enter recipe data according to production schedule - Operate batch controller systems, perform data SAP entries - Perform viscosity and quality checks on the line sampling Correct the consistency of paste in a mixer and transfer the chocolate as needed - Operate equipment PLC’s - Track inventory, clean magnets and document HACCP Cross train to perform all functions of an Operator 3, Machine Liquid Cross train to perform all functions of an Operator 3, Machine Liquid- Mixer About you: High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) year technical degree in mfg, preferred Computer Numerical Control (CNC) experience, preferred Experience with Microsoft Google Sheets, a plus Good written and oral communication skills Experience using a micrometer, preferred Basic computer usage (keyboard and mouse) Math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) One (1) year food manufacturing experience, required - Ability to operate power equipment including forklift and hand card - Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time Bend, squat, stretch, reach; frequently - Ability to climb stairs, often - Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs, often Comfortable working at heights - Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility Noise level can exceed.85 decibels What you can expect from Barry Callebaut: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package 12 paid holidays, generous PTO, plus your birthday off Maternity and Paternity Benefit Environment that welcomes workplace flexibility An atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
