Nevada Gold Mines has the job for you! Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Open Pit Maintenance Planner at our Cortez operations. We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!. ### Responsibilities - Perform all vital tasks to plan and schedule maintenance work - Maintain an accurate backlog and interact/connect with supervisors and other planners in achieving set goals ### Generate PMs - Develop task and material lists, building activities and review stock level requirements - Develop cost and equipment reports - Resolve source for labor and materials Communicate/coordinate with all levels of maintenance, operations, purchasing and warehouse staff, and outside vendors Qualifications: Minimum five (5) years of mobile equipment mechanic experience preferred Previous maintenance planning experience, Xeras and Discovery knowledge preferred Two (2) years of Oracle eAM (Computer Maintenance Management Systems) or equipment experience preferred Three (3) years of mobile maintenance planning experience preferred - Proven equipment care and custody leadership required - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with maintenance systems preferred Sound understanding of maintenance safety and environmental requirements preferred - Ability to deliver clear and concise information required - Excellent oral and written communication skills required - Excellent planning, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills preferred What We Can Offer You A comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution AND employer match, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!
