Client Coverage Practice BNY’s Client Coverage Practice plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, supporting revenue growth and connecting clients to the full value of BNY’s solutions and capabilities. The Client Coverage Internship Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to client engagement, business development, sales support, relationship management and client planning. In a fast-paced environment, interns will support reporting, pipeline tracking, client materials and business development activities while building insight into BNY’s offerings, the competitive landscape and the importance of strong communication, commercial thinking and cross-functional partnership. What you will do Research clients, industries, and market trends to help teams prepare for meetings, pitches, and strategic conversations. Turn data and market insight into concise presentations, talking points, and recommendations for internal and client-facing discussions. Support account planning, pipeline tracking, and opportunity analysis to help teams prioritize where to focus. Collaborate with senior professionals across coverage, product, and strategy teams to connect client needs to BNY capabilities. Summer Internship Program The BNY Summer Internship Program offers high-potential students a dynamic 10-week experience designed to accelerate development, build professional networks, and provide meaningful exposure to one of the world's leading financial services institutions. Through a skills-driven talent model, interns gain insight into the capabilities, platforms, and functions that power BNY's global franchise while contributing to impactful business initiatives. From day one, interns are immersed in BNY's collaborative and innovative culture through: Enterprise-wide onboarding and development programming, including an in person immersive induction experience, executive speaker series, skill development, and networking opportunities. Meaningful project work aligned to key business practices and platforms, providing hands-on experience, skill development, and real-world business impact. Structured mentorship and career support from managers, senior leaders, peer mentors, business stakeholders, and dedicated program managers. Exposure across practices, platforms, and teams, building a broad understanding of BNY's integrated business model. Professional, technical, and financial services training designed to strengthen business acumen and prepare participants for long-term career success. A premier early-career experience, backed by senior leadership and designed to develop the next generation of talent for BNY's global workforce. ### Program eligibility Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.) Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying. BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $95,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.
