We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President – Product Management to join the BNY Investments team. This role is located in New York. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead the development, evaluation, and launch of investment products across ETFs, SMAs and alternative investment strategies, with a primary focus on North American markets. Identify and assess new product opportunities through market analysis, client demand insights, competitive research and industry trends. Partner with investment, distribution, legal, compliance, operations and technology teams to deliver new products and enhancements from concept through launch. Support product lifecycle management activities, including product positioning, enhancement, governance and ongoing product strategy. Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations that balance commercial opportunity, client demand, operational considerations and regulatory requirements. Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders to support growth objectives and improve speed to market. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Significant experience in investment product development, product management or product strategy within an asset management or investment management environment. Strong understanding of one or more of the following areas: ETFs, retail SMAs, alternatives, and U.S. registered fund structures. Knowledge of the regulatory, operational and distribution considerations associated with developing and maintaining investment products. Proven ability to influence stakeholders, navigate complex organizations and manage competing priorities to deliver commercial outcomes. Strong analytical and commercial judgement with the ability to evaluate product opportunities, challenge assumptions and make well-reasoned recommendations. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree, CFA or similar qualification a plus.
